This summer we have launched our LeaderSeed Program – planting in youth and their allies the seeds of leadership. To date the sessions have been very successful and our team is grateful to the organizations who have helped us share the message of leadership – and the 3 Things to young people in Eastern Ontario.
We talked with participants about what characteristics of a leader they felt were important – and as the day goes on, highlighting them in the young people’s own participation.
