We have been planning, designing, and hosting youth gatherings for more than 25 years and these are all anchored in core values and ways of doing things that allow for young people to have fun, share their expertise and offer concrete calls to action or recommendations.
Taking care of participants & our team at in-person events means we recognize each area of our being matters: our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. We believe it is important to demonstrate the care we have for those we engage with in helping everyone knows they matter. Our health and wellness supports, including our Health and Wellness Strategy, are anchored in creating the safest spaces possible.
We are confident we are ready to welcome youth and allies back to Three Things in-person gatherings.
All expenses and costs are covered for the selected students.

Honouring Indigenous Pathway Graduates
At this first gathering, while we will deliver a process to gather insight and input from Indigenous 2022 graduates, on June 11th, we are hosting The Ever Deadlies, a Ceremony and a celebration cheering on these and all Indigenous grads. With special guests, virtually and in person, we will honour the grads, their families, the Programs and Pathways Canada.

This gathering will help students, greatly affected by COVID-19, in sharing their needs, concerns, anxieties, aspirations and hopes for their future as they enter the final year of high school and how Pathways programs can support them.

Insights and Experiences of Black and Students of Colour
Black and other youth of colour often face discrimination, bias, lowered expectations, and racism in school settings, and within youth serving organizations. This important process will include space for students to share what has worked for them in the Pathways program and what hasn’t, from their perspective and based on their lived experiences as Black and students of colour.
